What additional services does the company offer ?

Besides all-inclusive account management tools and quarterly statements, FXT24 provides all of its traders with a wide array of trading instruments, such as technical analysis, charting, fundamental analysis, buy-signals, real-time breaking financial news updates, profit/loss analysis, and complete back-end capabilities.

Can I confirm trades that I have placed ?

Confirmation of trades can be viewed online the moment the trade is placed. Complete transaction data such as date, time, rate, amount of contracts purchased and sold, USD value, and reference number can be viewed on your browser.

What are your Data fees ?

FXT24 clients with active trading accounts are granted exclusive access a wide range of prime financial tools and and instruments for free. Inactive accounts that have ceased activity for a period of ninety days or more may be subject to a monthly data fee of $15. If you would like to avoid this fee, you can temporarily deactivate your account by contacting Customer Support.

Do I have to use a desktop when trading us?

No. Unlike many Forex brokers, FXT24 offers both mobile and tablet trading options to anyone with an IOS or Android device and a Wifi connection.This way you can trade on the go from wherever, whenever.

What are your commissions and fees?

there are no commissions when trading with FXT24. All price quotes are included in our regular dealing spreads.

During what hours can I trade?

You can trade on our exchange 24 hours a day from 5:00pm ET Sunday until 5:00pm ET on Friday, including the bulk of major U.S. holidays. It should be noted that the potential chance for non-liquid market conditions often exists at the start of the trading week. The result of these conditions may be wider spreads on certain currency pairs .

Can I open a position via e-mail?

Unfortunately, we won’t accept trades via email. To place a trade, simply log into your online account or call our customer support providers.

What happens to my open positions when the trading day finishes ?

All open positions are rolled over automatically after the close of NYSE trading at 5:00 pm ET. Trading is usually stopped for up to one minute during the rollover procedure. The sum invested or earned depends on the movement of the open position and the interest rate difference between the currency pair.

What is the fee for deactivating or reactivating my account ?

To deactivate or reactivate your account at any time, simply contact our customer support. Account deactivation or reactivation is free of charge. Be advised that when your account is deactivated, you will not have access to it.
